Delivery

How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat £4.99 anywhere in the world (shown in your local currency at checkout). It’s free on UK orders over £15 and free on international orders over £50 — both applied automatically at checkout.

How long does it take?
Every order is dispatched from our London office the next working day. UK orders usually arrive within 2–3 working days; international orders typically take 7–14 working days depending on the destination.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes — we ship to over 200 countries. Delivery is a flat £4.99, free on orders over £50, and prices are shown in your local currency (use the country selector at the bottom of any page). Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & replacements

Can I return a puzzle?
Yes. Unopened puzzles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email office@monkeycave.co.uk with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer.

What if a piece is lost or broken?
We'll replace lost or broken pieces free of charge, within reason, for the first 90 days. Just email office@monkeycave.co.uk with a photo and the puzzle name.

The puzzles

What age are they for?
Ages 9 and up. They're enjoyed by teenagers, adults and grandparents alike. Not suitable for children under 3 (small parts).

How do they work?
Each box holds a set of precision-cut acrylic pieces and a silhouette. Use all the pieces to recreate the shape exactly – no gaps, no overlaps.

What are the difficulty levels?
Level 1 (Beginner), Level 2 (Intermediate) and Level 3 (Advanced). Higher levels have more pieces. The 12 Puzzle Gift Set includes four of each.

Are the solutions included?
No – figuring it out is the whole point. If you're truly stuck, every solution is on our Solutions page.

Is the gift set cheaper than buying individually?
Yes. The 12 Puzzle Gift Set is £32.99 – the same puzzles bought separately would cost £59.88, so you save 45%.
